I just received my first flics and having difficulty setting up. How does one get in contact with customer support? I have a couple of my flics working but cannot get a couple to connect.

I just setup my Flic LR and added a button to my Homekit. I checked everything and the LR and button appears to be setup correctly and working. When I open my Homekit app, the button does not appear. I am running everything with updated firmware and ios17, iPados17. Is there normally a lag in the time from setup until the button shows up in Home?

I cannot find a way to contact Flic for support also.
