Flic hub / Hue bridge / router

Hello,
I have the flic hub and my hue bridge connected to a TP-link switch (TL-SG1024D).
The flic hub does not find the hue bridge in the flic app.
What is the correct set up to have the flic hub recognize the hue bridge?
