@oskar yes you promised a refund any time and yet...

We totally understand if you are no longer interested in waiting for the device and would want to request for a refund. Sadly, we cannot help but wait for the production to go smoothly and that we can start delivery once everything checks out good.

Been 6 month now since I paid for the DUO and as far as I can see it's silence from Flic re an actual date.

Just a warning for anyone in the same situation that if you paid by paypal you will lose your chance to file a claim with them as your 6 month date passes.
