I can set up the big button on the Duo but when I click on the small button it informs me that my hub needs a firmware update to unlock all features of the Duo. Proceeding leads to a brief "Downloading" page before it tells me my firmware is already up to date (4.4.3). After this, attempting to set the small button just restarts this and it loops.

I have tried kicking off the firmware update manually through settings and via the reset button on the Hub.

I have factory reset the hub and cleared the cache on my mobile app.

I have searched as thoroughly as I can for more information on this issue and have gotten nothing. The reddit for Flic is completely locked down with no new posts made in a year. The support email address recommended by a notification in this very forum has responded to tell me that I should use flic.io/support, but I have had no response there. This is looking more like a scam with every passing day.

I waited a full month for this to ship without complaining. Please help me.

During my test an hour ago, my Hub Mini was updated to the current version, 4.6.0.
I am not aware of a list of firmware versions sorted by date.

Hmm... I'm using the Hub LR. I just connected and activated the Hub Mini as a test. The update went through without any problems for me. Does it also say “Success” under “TEST INTERNET ACCESS” for you?
Maybe your router is blocking access.

The latest firmware version for the Hub Mini is 4.6.0.
Your Hub must be connected to the Internet (Wi-Fi).
Then, in the app, go to the Hub's settings (the three dots) and tap “CHECK FOR NEW FIRMWARE.”
The latest firmware should now be installed on the Hub.
