battery falling out, loose connection

Does anybody else have this problem? After removing the case for the first time to change the battery, the case is never as snugly connected to the base. I run a pediatric business where kids click these buttons. They sometimes over-touch the button instead of just pressing it and remove the case, the battery falls out, and I have errors that occur which prevent me from successfully re-registering the device after a factory reset, and THAT is why I end up unable to use the button ever again, and have to register a whole new button.
If you ever have this problem, how do you keep the case on the base after the first battery replacement without super-gluing it on (and never again being able to change the battery).

@djadin14 maybe you got a defect unit. You should contact support at https://flic.io/support and see if you are eligible for a replacement.
