Can't update hub

Hi,

I just got my flic package home and was eager to try it. But when adding a specific trigger to my flic i get promted i need to upgrade my hub. See picture below:

In the next step i see my hubs network connections. See picture below:

When trying to install said update i was promted for i just ger "error" Not authenticated, for the last time see the picture below:

I can find similar posts but with no solutions, only with support reps asking "try again" but no steps and then it working for people i guess? I need a helping hand here.

It was a brand new hub that had unfortunately not yet been processed from the factory logs. It is now done and you can go ahead updating the firmware.
