Error code 2 when adding IKEA dirigera hub

Adding IKEA Dirigera hub to the Flic Hub gives an error code 2
I restarted the Flic hub and the IKEA hub, but no luck.
Can someone gives me some pointers on how to add the IKEA hub?

@house I had my Ikea hub on a different VLAN then my Flic Hub LR and a firewall rule to drop all inter-VLAN traffic.
All fixed now!!

Nevermind. Had something to do with my network settings.
I had some firewall rules in place that prevented a connection between the hubs.
Will post my findings after debugging which firewall rule gave me the problems.
