Remote for hologram fan

Hello Folks,
I'm searching for a developper to remote control my 3d hologram fan with my flic BUTTON.
The 3d hologram fan can locally store videos.
It comes with an app: 3D magic. The purpose of the app is so upload videos (WIFI). The Fan has bluetooth connection for the sound and an IR remote control.The idea is to connect the flic button to the phone to control the fan or directly to the fan.
Here's some informations for third-party control protocols:
·The third-party control software must have the network connection function and be on the same LAN as the device or directly connect to the Wi-Fi hotspot of the device.
1.Enable the third-party Control function, power off and restart the device.
2.Set up a TCP Client with port 50200. You can obtain the IP address of the device in either of the following ways:
a.The IP address of the Wi-Fi hotspot is 10.10.10.1.；
b.The device connects to the router, binds the IP address of the device in the router to prevent the IP address change in the next connection, and then obtains the IP address from the router.3.TCP After successful connection, control the device with the following commands:
0X5B 0X01 0X00 Turn on
0X5B 0X03 0X00 Stop playing
