Lost connection between hub and buttons

After five years of no problems, my two Flic buttons seem to have lost connection to the hub – or the hub has lost the connection to the buttons.
Using the app, I can connect to the hub, see the two buttons and modify what actions the shall perform. However, nothing happens when I press the my (physical) buttons.
How can I troubleshoot this issue? I can't read the status directly from the buttons, so I have no idea what they do when I press them.
My setup:
Two original Flic buttons with fresh batteries
Original Flic Hub running firmware version 4.2.11
Flic app for iOS version 6.0.2 -
@bambi2000 hello , I have the same problem . All button works very well about 4 years and now it doesn’t works . Do you find a solution ?
