How to get flic 2 button support

Hi - I have several flic 2 buttons, and one stopped working. I submitted a ticket online last week and they responded telling me to change the battery, which I did and still did not fix the issue. The button will not pair and only flashes red (so I think this one is now defective). I can’t get any further response from them when I let them know the above. I then forwarded that email string to this support email address but haven’t heard back yet: support@flic.io
Am I doing the right thing to get support? Just a bit frustrated at a lack of response/follow-up and want to know how to handle. Thanks.

@Emil Hi - someone from flic support replied back to my support case email this morning, so I am good now. Thank you for the response.

@timmo we have just now got new personell working at the support, so please allow some time for a response.
In any case, it's always good if you add more information to your support ticket about the issue that can help us understand the issue:
What kind of "red flash" do you see? One, two or three short pulses? Or a long fading animation?
Have you tried pair the button to another device such as your phone?
Have you measured the voltage of the battery you inserted?
