hello, I have opened a number of tickets to Flic Support since November, but they don't seem to be responding to any of my tickets. I have the Hub LR (2nd gen) and about 9 Flic 2 buttons. The Hub is connected to my HomeKit network. The buttons work normally and then all of a sudden, they stop working for like a few days to a week. I try to contact support, but with no answer and then they just start working again. I can go into the Flic app on my iPhone, expand the Hub section and see all my Flics. When I press, double press or long press a button, I can see the corresponding button in the flic app animate. I can also go into the Home App, open the button and again, when I single, double or long click the button, the appropriate action in the Home App animates. If Flic support does not answer questions, where do we go next for support?

@flic-11 We think the bug in apple's Home app might be due to we use a bridge together with an input device. That seems to be a quite uncommon scenario they really haven't tested thoroughly. Most other Homekit products are instead controlled directly.

I have the same issue. My button will work fine. And then suddenly stop. If I reset my appletv that helps. Everything is on the same network. My HomeKit s working fine for the half dozen other brands hooked into it.

I'm sorry if our support team doesn't answer your questions.

In any case, if you see the button wobble in Apple's Home app, then the Flic hub has successfully completed its job to deliver the event to Apple Homekit. If you have assigned an action in the Home app and it doesn't trigger whenever the Flic button is pressed (i.e. when you see it wobble in the Home app), then something is failing in Homekit's logic and you should turn to Apple's support.

I suggest you first confirm though that your homepod/iPad/Apple TV is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your iPhone, Flic hub and the device you want to control.
