Call control - outgoing calls

I have some annoying bug with my car hands-free function and I am hoping that Flic can be solution to it.
Can Flic end an outgoing call while the other side still did not pick up the call? So you start the call and after few seconds (it is still ringing) you press the Flic - can it end the call?
I am primarily interested in this for iOS, but also for Android.
Can somebody test this?
