Remix Mini
-
I backed a kickstarter campaign for the world's first Android PC (at the time) and one of the create features is it lets you use Android app but like desktop apps.
I thought this might be a good solution for a lot of my smart home automation needs to just have running in the background. However as I've discovered I'm not able to add any flic buttons to it. When I add a new button the flic button is recognised but after a while times out and gives me an error which says I might need to turn bluetooth off or reboot the device but unfortunately it doesn't work.
I wanted to see if anyone has used their flic buttons with the Remix Mini?
I'm going to try adding another bluetooth device to make sure its not the device just having difficulty connecting via bluetooth and let you know what I find.
If it doesn't work maybe a flic team member could offer their opinion?
Many thanks

Hi. You could try to do a BLE connection through the system's settings app for Bluetooth. Just click a Flic under "available devices", named something like F018abcd. If it's a lowercase f in the beginning you have to hold it down for about 7 seconds first in order to make it connectable. If everything's fine it should end up under "Paired devices". You could also try other BLE connection apps, like Nordic Semiconductor's nRF Connect.
