i use the action 'Safari' to open a predefined link with a button press on an iPad with iOS 9.3.5 . The problem is, that the action will only be executed if the Flic-App is opened. If the Flic-App is closed / in background the button press is counted by the app but the action will not be executed.
What can i do?

This is a security limitation in iOS. We cannot launch apps from the background. But you should get a handy notification when you press the button, then you can swipe that notification to go directly to Safari (after unlocking your phone).
It might not be optimal, but iOS won't let us do it any other way, I'm afraid.
