Flic hub and network loopback

I have two Flc Hub LR. Each is hardwired to an L3 switch. The Flic buttons work fine. The network locks up intermittently. Looking the the router logs, there is a network loop at these times. I can trace the network loop back to the Flic LR hubs. Disconnecting the hubs from the network solves the loopback problem. Reconnencting them to the network reliably causes the problem to re-occur.

Is there a fix for this, or are the hubs just a fail?

@mp What exactly do you mean when you say "network loop"? This is not a problem we have heard of before, so any more info would be helpful.
