Unable to delete Internet Request headers with long values

This thread about editing/removing an Internet Request header says to click the header in order to get a pink box you can use to remove it. This doesn't work if the header's value is too long, the delete button is pushed off the screen, and since there's no edit option, you're kind of stuck.
