Flic Hub - No WiFi connection possible

I would like to connect my Flic Hub with my WiFi network, but it won't connect (yet). I'm stuck in the screen Connect to Wifi | Connecting ... and under that a green circle keeps looping and looping. What can I try/do to make this work? Can I somewhere trace what's happening or being tried in the background? I do have a wired Ethernet connection with my Flic Hub but I prefer to have if connected with my WiFi network. Any help, much appreciated!

@joomeng Based on MAC address a static IP address is given by my router his DHCP

Any chance you have MAC address filtering in your router and hub has not been included in the allowed list?

@anton I'm using the newest Android Flic app. No, I don't get any error message

This sounds strange. First of all, are you using the Android or iOS app to configure? And just to confirm, you don't get any error messages?
