@Emil Thanks, I got it to work now. I had to open the flic app and execute the action manually from within the app. Then it will asks for Local Network permissions.
I checked the iOS settings before, but apparently the Local Network switch there only appears after it was requested within the app.

I have the same Problem, are there any solutions?

@Emil Considering that I'm doing all of the configuring for the Flic button and IFTTT from my cell phone while connected to my home Wi-Fi, I'd say that I'm pretty much always connected to the internet so the provided "solution" isn't much of a solution. But thank you anyways.

The app got an option for it but i can't find any shortcuts on my phone (Samsung S10+).
