@tweedledope The static setup code can typically only be used once after each factory reset. You can generate a new temporary one by pressing "share device" or similar in the Matter controller that the device has already been added to.

Just tested with flic2lib-android 2.1.1 - confirmed fixed. Same config as before (outputDataRate=1, samplesPerBurst=16), and now I get exactly 16 samples every ~10.3 seconds, matching the requested count 1:1. No more doubling. Checked across 3 consecutive windows, all consistent (16 samples, ~10.3s apart each time).

One minor thing I noticed while re-testing, low priority: those 16 samples still arrive split across several small onAccelerometerStreamingData calls (e.g. eight 1-sample bursts, one 3-sample, one 5-sample) instead of a single 16-sample callback. Doesn't affect the total count or timing, just how they're broken up - mentioning it in case it's useful, but not blocking anything on our end.

@Emil the firmware upgrade on the hub mini finally worked, thank you! Is there a reason the app doesn’t work with the hue bridge for the phone directly and only for the hub?

@Emil This is not quite how the Flic Button app works (unfortunately): The "Play a sound" action only offers either existing sounds that are pre-installed with the app or to record a new sound. It does NOT enable you to import an audio file (which was the initial intent I suppose)

It's great to hear that everything was restored. A new scan of the site shows that everything is fine and no malware was found. 😉

@schnickelg-flic I haven't set this up to test it, but I'm thinking you can achieve this with the following setup. If not exact, you can play around with the ideas until you get the right setups.

Set up 2 tasks: "Play Sound Loop" and "Play Sound"

Task: "Play Sound" -

Play a Sound event - Select your audio with Loop false

Task: "Play Sound Loop" -

Play a Sound event - Select your audio with Loop true Dead Man's Grip event - Execute "Play Sound" after delay, Set Trigger Time to 5 seconds

@Emil I GOT IT, IT WORKS 🙂 Thank you. I reinstalled it, and now it's adding numbers. Something was wrong, there was some kind of blockage, the frame around the number field was shaking and wouldn't accept the number. Now it's OK.
